Then we use our detailed knowledge of the property’s technical and legal status to provide contractual advice, (obtaining missing documents, contacting notaries, banks, surveyors, engineers, architects, public bodies, etc.) and commercial consultancy through transparent property valuations (estimate and price).
The due diligence – an in-depth analysis of all potential downsides to the transaction – is critical. The service continues until the preliminary contract and the deeds are signed.
